It concludes that civilizational advancement is not achieved through material power alone, but rather through the development of the honored and entrusted human being, linking action to justice, trustworthiness, responsibility, and consultation, while distinguishing between divinely ordained empowerment and fleeting success. Thus, the research presents a constructive Quranic reading of the laws of development, establishing that sound development is the fruit of the convergence of guidance, action, and values in human life, and establishing a criterion that governs the vision of advancement from within the Quranic text itself, not from outside it.
