Social Harms of Sexual Anomaly: A Quranic Jurisprudential Vision

Sexual anomaly has many social harms and risks, and its spread in any society indicates a serious state of social and moral decline. 

According to this study, one of the most important reasons for the spread of sexual anomaly in our societies is the Western media and cultural promotion process, and the Western political and legal support for this obscenity as well. 

The research addressed the proposed solutions to this phenomenon. There are two methods to treat those involved in this crime, and this ugly and shameful behavior, the first is method of deterrence by implementing the punishment specified by the Sharia texts, but in the present era this treatment cannot be implemented, due to many obstacles. The second: It is related to encouraging those afflicted with sexual anomaly to repent and return to sound innate humanity.
