We have natural laws that preserve the social entity, and its balances, from any distortion that threatens its stability and safety. The semantic meanings of the innate humanity are soundness and integrity in the first creation, as Allah Almighty said in the Holy Quran: {the fitrah of Allah, upon which He has created all people. No change should there be in the creation of Allah.} [Al-Rum, verse: 30]. It is a standard for good and evil, as working in accordance with its guidance is good, and deviating from it is evil. The act of justice and benevolence is in keeping with human nature and instinct, so it is good, contrary to injustice and oppression, which human nature abhors, regardless of the position of al-Shari’ah towards it.
